FINE ART DIGITAL PRINTMAKINGWe use both Epson and Hewlett Packard as our fine art printers. These printmaking machines make us extremely diverse in the flexibility of our printing. We are able to print on Canvas, Paper, and many other mediums to replicate an original piece.
We have 9 printers on line and have the capacity to produce hundreds of prints daily. Each printer and ink substrate combination has been custom profiled in-house (finger-printed), which enables us to better control the final color fidelity of each print. All of our printers are calibrated at least once daily to ensure their repeatability and print quality. It is important when you choose a digital printmaking firm that you work with a firm who can produce the same print years after the initial run. What is Giclée?French for "sprayed ink", giclées are creating through sophisticated printmaking process. Sometimes referred to as "Archival Pigment Prints", Giclée prints were originally produced on an IRIS ink-jet printer, a high definition printer which showed the most detailed reproductions. Over the years, technology has improved greatly and the machines are capable of producing these high quality giclées using inkjet printers produced by Epson and HP.
ADVANTAGESGiclées have many advantages over other fine art printing methods. Since each piece is individually produced one reproduction is carefully reviewed to ensure quality. Prints can be produced at anytime, therefore the artist is not obligated to finish an edition all at once. We offer giclee prints "On Demand" or as needed without any storage cost from your archived artwork.
LARGE FORMAT PRINTMAKINGWhether its a large photograph or painting, we are capable of printing extremely large reproductions. Our printers have enough width to provide over 60 inches by 50 feet.
