Coating is critical to a print's longevity. Our coating techniques help our pieces retain their color for over 100 years without fading. Thanks to our materials and techniques, our pigment prints can last as long as some originals.
Many printing establishments today use coatings that are toxic to the environment. However, we have developed spraying techniques that maintain the integrity of the artwork while remaining environmentally responsible. We use a non-toxic, eco-friendly laminate and a controlled room with special ventilation.
Depending on the customer's request, we can create prints with many different looks and coating types. We can make a print look shiny by adding additional coats or apply a matte finish.

EMBELLISHMENT
Some originals are heavily textured. We use embellishment on many of our limited editions to mimic an original's texture. Embellishing adds more detail to prints, mimicking the textures of the original artwork.
