UV DiBond
Durable. Modern. Built for Impact
UV printing on DiBond, also known as ACM, offers a modern way to produce artwork, signage, and display graphics directly on a lightweight, stable, and professional-grade aluminum composite panel. The process delivers crisp detail, rich color, and custom finish options on a durable surface suitable for galleries, commercial interiors, hospitality spaces, public art, and outdoor applications.
Blazing Editions uses high-end UV flatbed technology to print directly onto DiBond, creating a sleek, ready-to-display product with a refined, contemporary appearance.
DiBond consists of two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a solid core, combining the visual strength of metal with the benefits of a lightweight structure. This makes it ideal for large-scale artworks, wall panels, outdoor signage, and installations that require rigidity and long-term stability.
Unlike paper or canvas prints, UV-printed DiBond is printed directly on the panel, creating a clean, stable, dimensional object with a professional finish.

Finishes
Matte
No added varnish — just UV ink printed directly onto DiBond. A clean, no-reflection finish with a soft, natural look.
UV Inks lay down as a true matte, which does soften detail. For more detail, varnish layers are recommended.
Semi-Gloss
A semi-gloss varnish adds more contrast, richer blacks, and a polished feel without the heavy reflection of full gloss.
The Surface resembles Canson Platine Paper
Semi-Matte
A subtle varnish adds a light protective layer while enhancing depth and richness. The finish keeps glare extremely low and softly dispersed, creating a refined surface with a smooth, understated appearance.

Spot Varnish
Our UV printing technology includes a dedicated varnish channel, allowing us to precisely apply clear varnish to specific areas of an image. This selective application—known as spot varnish—can accentuate highlights, draw attention to fine details, deepen visual contrast, and add a subtle tactile quality to the finished piece.
Depending on the artwork and desired effect, spot varnish can range from an understated surface enhancement to a more pronounced dimensional texture. The interplay between varnished and unvarnished areas creates a dynamic finish that shifts as light moves across the artwork.
For artists and photographers, spot varnish offers another creative tool beyond color alone—adding physical depth and a distinctive, highly finished quality to UV-printed artwork.
Printed With Nyala 5
Our UV DiBond prints are produced on our swissQprint UV flatbed system, a high-end platform designed for precision, consistency, and direct-to-substrate printing. This technology enables us to print on rigid materials with excellent registration, controlled ink laydown, and the ability to incorporate specialty channels such as white ink and varnish. For artists, galleries, designers, and fabricators, this opens a wider range of creative possibilities — from clean photographic panels to layered prints, selective white ink, spot varnish, and custom display work.
