Dye Sublimation

Dye Sublimation on Aluminum infuses dyes into coated aluminum, creating vibrant, durable, gallery-quality images. A dye print on transfer paper is heat-pressed, causing the inks to vaporize and embed into the panel’s polymerized, continuous-tone images, resulting in rich color, fine detail, and smooth gradients. The final product is lightweight, rigid, and resistant to moisture, fading, and scratches; the image is integrated into the coating, producing deep blacks, a wide color gamut, and long-lasting quality. Common uses include fine art, signage, photographic displays, and museum installations. Finishes such as matte, satin, or gloss, along with routed edges and floating mounts, offer a clean, contemporary presentation.
