Blazing Editions recently had the pleasure of printing a variety of photographs for the 2019 MOPLA (Month of Photography Los Angeles) show, which ran throughout April. The images include all styles of photography, from commercial imagery to fine art portraiture. The diversity of work on the walls reflects the cultural melting pot that is LA. The multifaceted backgrounds and experiences of the makers shape this distinctive show that features blunt compositions and personal perspectives. MOPLA celebrates the art of photography and all the forms it can take; it is truly not to be missed!

THE LUCIE FOUNDATION
The Lucie Foundation was created to nurture the art of Photography and those who practice it. The Foundation gives Master Photographers a variety of achievement based awards and acknowledgements across all photography sub-categories. The Lucie Foundation also specializes in discovering up and coming talent by holding an annual juried competition titled "Discovery of the Year." Every year several scholarships and grants are awarded to encourage the continued education of young photographers and ensure there are artists making dynamic, original and meaningful imagery for generations to come!
