Women Behind the Lens: The 6th Annual Exhibition, presented by YJ Contemporary Fine Art, celebrates contemporary female artists working in photography and lens-based media. Featuring the work of Ansley West Rivers, Beth Horstman, Deb Ehrens, Natalie Ackerman, Pamela Cohen, Sarah Dasco, Susan Auriemma, and Susan McLafferty, the exhibition stands as a testament to the diversity, depth, and dynamism of women’s artistic voices today.
Now in its sixth year, Women Behind the Lens continues to unite distinct perspectives and individual visual languages, each offering a unique interpretation of beauty, identity, and lived experience. Through varied approaches to lens-based practice, these artists invite viewers to engage with the richness of contemporary female expression and to reflect on the enduring power of art to challenge, connect, and inspire.
