Blazing Editions proudly announces the installation of our new swissQprint Nyala 5 flatbed UV printer, a next-generation platform expanding fine art printmaking capabilities.
For over thirty years, we've collaborated with artists, galleries, museums, and collectors, focusing on craft, color, material, and finish. The Nyala 5 enhances this by offering greater precision, dimensionality, and surface experimentation.

The Nyala 5 enables printing on various substrates, including acrylic, aluminum, wood, paper, and composites, opening new creative possibilities. It supports large works, layered effects, textures, spot varnish, dimensional details, and mixed media with control and consistency, allowing artists to experiment with surface texture, depth, reflection, translucency, and material presence.
At its core, the Nyala 5 features an advanced UV ink system for a broad color range, accurate reproduction, and smooth tonal transitions, crucial for fine art and photography. It supports expanded ink options, including light colors, white ink, and varnish for gloss, texture, and effects. For us, this is more than adding a printer; it expands our artists' creative vocabulary.
